    Low elevation blind

For me box blinds offer several things compared to just a treestand.. 1) Not freezing 2) Scent control 3) snack space lol jk biggest thing is not freezing in winter to be honest tho. I don't think deer mind them as much as people think, I have had deer right under it already. As far as your...

    Lime per ton?

Same price as above.... co-op where I was dumping 10 tons refused to sell me ag lime it had to be pellet but their spreader delivered with lime was only like $35 which is ok but still sucked. So ended up getting pellet lime through my supplier for 1/2 that price but ur pricing isn't too bad at all

    Soybean issue

Same issues as your having kind of... deer/turkeys just hammer them so hard that brassica type mixes are all I am going to run in the future. Turkeys are actually the ones that did a number on my beans. I can run out there to scare them and they just walk away like its nothing... bottle rockets...

    When to disc clover plot

whenever your ready to plant your fall mix. Sounds basic but doesn't pay to disc it and leave it open so weeds can grow. You'll want to disc and then seed it as soon as you can. Preferably before a light/med rain. In northern Wi I will start discing and planting sometime in next 2 week and then...

    Planning for fall plots....

only advice is don't over load it with fertilizer. Yes it sucks to keep dumping it in but it would suck even more to have it break with 900lbs in it... We did pellet lime out of similar spreader and only did about 350-400 lbs at a crack (5 tons total...only took 1/2 day). Yes it took a while but...

    peas and deer

Same results here as well. Some places will get hit very hard and others not even touched. They are a cheap enough seed to try though. I think I will be trying them in a few different spots once the dozer work is done at end of this month although not sure if they will have enough time to get...

    Best hand spreader?

I have both the ones you listed... backpack I use for fertilizer or bigger seed. plus is it doesn't bite into your neck like shoulder one. Shoulder I like for smaller seeds. Both work great and are worth the money. The backpack style has a nice advantage for fertilizing/peas/beans. If your going...
