How big a plot? I've mixed some seed with pellet lime as a buffer. Most clover plots can use a shot of lime. If it's expensive clover seed, I would just use my solo spreader and walk it, if it isn't a huge plot.
Enough gibberish. Yes, there are very capable drills. I would want one with a large and small seed box for your desires. You won't find a capable new drill for less than $7000, and that's pushing it. Not sure what you consider reasonable.
Last photo is not good for aging, sorry. Won't waste my money on cementum aging either, again. The one I killed in 2019 I had enough camera history to know it was at least 6, aging came back 4.
The best blinds I have are home-made using insulated garage door panels. They serve as the structure and insulation. Haven't found any you can buy that are better.
We use double slider windows, like I put in my pole barn. They are hard to find.

I wouldn't spread fertilizer with a unit like that. It will cut the life of the machine. No matter how well you think you clean it, fertilizer will win in the end.
