    Safe to spray after seeding?

I used my atv drag to turn over some ground in a small plot of mine. I then seeded a brassica mix. I wish I had time to get out there a couple weeks ago to spray first, but I didnt, and I really wanted to get the seeds in. So I seeded yesterday and was thinking about spraying the existing...

What to do with this Brassica plot?

I put in purple top turnips and groundhog radish last year in one of my plots. Just a small section, maybe a quarter-acre. I planted in August and during rifle season here (late October), deer were hitting the forage. In fact, I got an 8 pointer from this plot. During the winter, some of the...

How long does pork butt last in freezer?

Just wondering how long an unopened, sealed pack of pork butt lasts in the freezer before it's past. I have one from last season in my freezer. It's an upright freezer in the basement that freezes meats as solid as a rock. The package looks like one that's been vacuumed sealed. Thanks.

    RR Soybeans discoloration after spraying

    Moss in Plot

I have been struggling with one of my plots for 3 years now. It's a little under a half acre and gets just about full sun. The pH is 6.7. Tests also show it needs fertilizer, which I apply accordingly. Clover, chicory, and winter rye will grow, but the clover and chicory grow kind of...

    Late Season Plot Suggestions

I live and hunt in Upstate NY. I have a field where I grow soybeans in late May. They stay green and attract deer until the weather gets too cold for them, usually in late October. This year, I'd like to add a separate plot next to the soybeans, that will attract deer during the later part of...

    Need Suggestions for Tripod Stand

Hello all. The snow has finally melted and the deer are out in the fields once again. Time to plan for this season's hunt! For a couple of years now I've thought about getting a tripod stand. I'd like to hunt right over my soybean plot and although there are many trees near by, none are...

Identify these weeds in my soybeans?

Hi all. New here. This will be my new home since the "Q" in that other sites' name seems to stand for QUIT. This seems like a good place though, so thanks for having me. I have some weeds in my soybean plot that I was hoping to have identified and if possible, a way to get rid of them...
