My guess is that's an Acer negundo on his head.

Not sure, it's an annual weed, may be ragweed. Every time we heard a deer approaching we figured it was The Genius, he shows up early and often. Our plan was to take more doe's last year but I don't think he'll make it through this season. His rack this year is thicker and bigger but still not going to make the cut. He's #1 on the hit list of my daughter.
